UPDATE: Jetzt wurden die Änderungen der Gewinnspielrichtlinien auch offiziell von Facebook bestätigt.
You’ve likely already heard about this, but we wanted to officially announce it now. We have some exciting updates regarding the administration of promotions on Facebook:
- We no longer require prior written Facebook approval to administer a promotion on Facebook.
- We no longer require a minimum media spend threshold to support the promotion.
As a result of these changes, you can now run a promotion on Facebook without seeking approval or permission from Facebook. In addition to the above changes, we now explicitly allow you to require users to check-in to your Place or connect to your Platform integration before they are eligible to enter your promotion.
Please note that any promotion you administer is still subject to our Promotion Guidelines (http://www.facebook.com/promotions_guidelines.php), and that these guidelines require that the promotion be administered on Facebook Platform. As a result, in addition to complying with our Promotion Guidelines, promotions on Facebook must also comply with our Facebook Platform Policies (http://developers.facebook.com/policy/).
While promotions must continue to adhere to our policies, we think this update will create new opportunities for brands and developers on Facebook Platform. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Neue Richtlinien für Gewinnspiele auf Facebook
In naher Zukunft wird Facebook neue offizielle Richtlinien für Gewinnspiele veröffentlichen. Der amerikanische Blog All Facebook wurde hierüber in einer E-Mail von einem Sales Mitarbeiter Facebooks informiert.
Der größte Unterschied liegt bei den neuen Gewinnspielrichtlinien liegt in der Freigabe. Bisher mussten, laut den Guidelines, alle Gewinnspiele und Promotions von Facebook freigegeben werden. In der Praxis war dies bei der Fülle an Gewinnspielen sicherlich kaum umsetzbar und deswegen scheint Facebook in Zukunft komplett zu verzichten.

We have some exciting updates regarding the administration of Promotions, Sweepstakes and Contests on Facebook that will help to streamline the process and make your lives a bit easier:
- We no longer require prior written Facebook approval to administer a promotion on Facebook.
- We no longer require a minimum media spend investment to support the promotion.
This means that you are not required to have a media campaign on Facebook to run a promotion, nor do you need to ask for approval on the contest T&Cs from the Facebook team. Please note that all promotions are still subject to our Promotion Guidelines (http://www.facebook.com/promotions_guidelines.php) and Facebook Platform Policies (http://developers.facebook.com/policy/), and that brands are responsible for ensuring that all contests fall within those guidelines.
Weitere Punkte der Richtlinien scheinen nicht geändert zu werden und müssen nach wie vor berücksichtigt werden.
